Terms to protect your rights：
·If any non-artificial fault occurred during the warranty period, we will respond within 24 hours and take necessary actions, including offering online repair instruction, sending replacement, on-site repair...
·After the warranty period, we will still provide lifelong maintenance service for the machines, you just need to pay for the material fee and overseas expense(if any).
·Any one of the following circumstances is not in free service scope but may be solved for a fee：
normal loss of machines and consumables
damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage by customers
damage caused after the warranty period
damage caused by force majeure and accidents
